I have worked in both, public and private sectors, where I have contributed a high relational capacity oriented towards the successful execution of projects and people management.
In other words, making things happen in an inclusive work environment and aimed at achieving goals.
MY EXPERIENCE
ESG, Health & Wellbeing
In the public health sector, I played a crucial role during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading much of the material donations in our country, advising on the policies and actions our governments in Spain needed to undertake, supporting the needs of the caregiving community, patients, and their families.
In the private sector, I developed my career in the leading European hospital group Quironsalud, leading high-impact reputational projects both in terms of ESG policies and through directing the Foundation.

My communication and influence skills have marked my professional career.
I collaborate with various media as a panelist and columnist at both national and international levels.
A lover of radio and writing, I have always maintained a space to wield my pen and raise my voice for those causes or reasons I believe in. I have a clear and successful vision in establishing and implementing development and reputational strategies, which allow me to easily connect people and projects and be a creator of significant human, vital, and professional events.
Legal & Boards
My academic training in law and my specialization in foundations and commercial law, as well as my close connection to family businesses and their challenges and opportunities, have allowed me to contribute my knowledge and be part of boards, patronages, and entities that have a clear impact on both the public and private sectors, always enhancing their positioning and helping to successfully develop their business strategies.
Professional Goals and Projects
My curiosity and my creative and expansive energy lead me to make my projects and objectives happen. Connecting the right people and uniting them to coordinate and materialize ideas has always led me to be a pioneer in major initiatives related to business, science, and education. Being in constant contact with curious people and mentoring them has allowed me to participate in important projects and always stay connected to the training and entrepreneurship sector.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
My adventurous spirit has taken me to America to study at different schools and universities. I have continued to maintain my relationships in professional, educational, and political projects for many years, which has allowed me to weave complicities with investors, journalists, researchers, and business groups.
The Arab world, and specifically Saudi Arabia, is my latest destination. Joining the NEOM project has been a great challenge and an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Adapting to a culturally diverse and highly demanding work environment has allowed me to test my experience and personality and spread my wings in a country of great opportunities.

Sustainability
Award for leading Quironsalud-Fresenius to become the first company in Europe to join the United Nations Global ESG Pact. Awarded by the Joia Foundation.
Commitment
Awarded by the Brotherhood of Cava of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia as a Merit Fellow for being the first woman to found an entity to promote Catalan culinary art and highlight the role of women behind the stoves. Founder of the first Gourmet Women’s Association in Spain.
Health and Sports
Various awards related to the sports world, excelling in athletics, basketball, and padel between 2009 and 2019.
